This place is awesome. In addition to being open 24hrs for those of us that have irregular work times, it is super clean and they do give you a few perks if you spend $20 in tokens. You literally get $2 in bonus tokens which helps a lot with the dryer. They have an employee who takes pride in her job and her store and constantly cleans the area to the point it can pass a white glove test. She works the mid shift up to 11pm. Their machines offer a longer wash cycle if you choose to spend the extra $1. Let me tell you...it is worth it if you have heavily soiled clothes. I found this nugget by chance, but now I only go there for my wash needs. Pros: 1. 24hr availability 2. Friendly staff 3. Lots of carts 4. A wide variety of washers at fair prices 5. The ability to use your charge card to get tokens for those who don’t like to carry paper money like me. Right next to Family Dollar, which you can buy any additional laundry supplies if you forget something. (Isn’t open in the wee hours) 6. Free WiFi while you shop there, which is great because you can watch movies on your tablet or phone. 7. A fair amount of bench style seats Cons for some: 1. The machines take coins or tokens and not a direct charge card. Honestly, I didn’t see this as much of a problem since they give you extra tokens for $20 incremental purchases. But, if you are looking for a machine that takes cards...then, it might be problematic. 2. Parking can get tight if you come during peak periods, but if you are a night owl...you’ll have no problem finding a space close to the door. Would I recommend this place to a friend? Most definitely!

The place was very clean. They had new looking industrial sized washers and dryers. We went on a Tuesday for the free dryers. The washer cost was $5.50. You can use tokens ($1.00 each), $1.00 coins, or quarters, or any combination. The token machines take credit cards. The attendant was friendly and helpful.

I've gone here a couple times now and I really like the place. The laundrymat is very clean, the machines look like they're well looked-after. No soap buildup anywhere, no nastiness on the inside of the machines. The staff here is very nice and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a laundromat in this neighborhood to go to I really recommend this one.

the best laundry in kissimmee, great structure, new equipment, pleasant environment, plenty of space for cars, coin exchange, drinks machine, super clean bathrooms and free wi-fi, oh my God this is a laundry or a dream? I've actually visited other laundromats, but this left me and my wife super satisfied. I just don't give it 6 stars because Google doesn't allow it. But here goes ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Whoever was on shift from 4pm to 5pm on July 17th 2025 was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Very friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the help if you see this. The store is very kept up and clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the machines worked without issue using the app. There was no guessing as I waited for the wash and dry to complete thanks to the app. Will come again on my next trip to Florida in this area.

This laundromat is clean, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. It's in a great location off of west vine street. Plenty of parking and very reasonable pricing to use their machines. I recommend this laundromat to anyone in need of one.
